Our client in Great Yarmouth is looking for a care manager. This is a new company that is looking to register with the CQC. This can be an interim or permanent role. Salary will be negotiated.
The successful candidate will take the lead in setting up and developing the service, ensuring that safe, person-centred care is delivered from day one. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, care planning, staff supervision, audits and quality assurance, as well as working closely with the owners to achieve and maintain CQC registration and ongoing compliance.
We are looking for someone with previous management experience in domiciliary care, a strong understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards and safeguarding, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A relevant health and social care qualification (e.g. Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care) is desirable, or a willingness to work towards it.

Our client in Manchester is a new Domiciliary Care Provider looking to register with the CQC. They are looking for a Care Manager to take them through the registration process then become their full-time Care Manager.
You will lead on setting up and developing the service, including policies and procedures, recruitment and supervision of staff, quality assurance and care planning. You will work closely with the directors to achieve CQC registration and ensure the service is safe, well-led and fully compliant.
We are seeking someone with previous management experience in domiciliary care, strong knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and safeguarding, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A relevant Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.

One of our clients is looking for a Care Manager to join him on a new venture. The Supported Living business is set up, there is a tender in place, and they are now looking for an experienced manager to help mobilise and grow the service.
As Care Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead and support the staff team, ensure safe and person-centred care, and maintain high standards of documentation, compliance and safeguarding. You will work closely with the owner on service development, quality assurance and building strong relationships with commissioners and external professionals.
We are looking for someone with previous management experience in Supported Living or similar services, confident knowledge of CQC/Supported Living requirements, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A relevant Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
This is a full-time role, based in Manchester.
